2. Definitions
   • Agreement: These Terms of Use regulating the relationship between MatchinCorp and the Member.
   • Communications: Any communication, including emails, by the Member to other MatchinCorp members.
   • Contribution: Contributions by the Member to MatchinCorp, including text and/or images within the Member’s Profile.
   • Member: Any natural person with an accepted and valid membership by MatchinCorp.
3. Information about us MatchinCorp is operated by SG SKY TECH (“We”). Registered in Singapore with the registered office at 21 Toh Guan Road East #04-14 Toh Guan Centre Singapore 608609.
4. Accessing MatchinCorp
   • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend MatchinCorp without notice.
   • Access may be restricted to registered users.
   • User identification codes or passwords must be kept confidential.
   • Users are responsible for ensuring awareness of these Terms of Use.
5. Membership
   • By becoming a Member, the Member warrants:
     • Being at least 20 years old.
     • Using the Service for personal use only.
   • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate memberships at our discretion.
6. Payment
   • Membership fees apply upon upgrading to Membership levels.
   • Payment depends on subscription duration.
   • Payment methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash, or cheque.
   • Access to profiles is granted upon payment receipt.
   • Auto-renewal subscriptions may apply, but can be canceled.
   • Changes to prices may occur, with new rates effective upon application for new upgrades.
7. Member’s Profile
   • Members must not include personal contact information in their profiles.
   • Membership status should not be disclosed.
   • MatchinCorp reserves the right to reproduce Member information.
   • Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their published information.
8. Acceptable Use
   • MatchinCorp may only be used for lawful purposes.
   • Prohibited activities include unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
   • Users must comply with content standards.
   • Contributions and Communications must adhere to specified guidelines.
9. Reliance on Information Posted
   • Materials posted on MatchinCorp are not intended as advice.
   • We disclaim liability for reliance on such materials.
10. MatchinCorp Changes Regularly
    • MatchinCorp content may change or be suspended without notice.
    • We are not obligated to update outdated material.

11. Information about You and Visits to MatchinCorp
    • We process information in accordance with our privacy policy.
    • By using MatchinCorp, you consent to such processing and warrant the accuracy of provided data.
12. Uploading Material to MatchinCorp
    • Contributions must comply with content standards.
    • Uploaded material is considered non-confidential and may be used by us.
